Return & Refund Policy

We take great care in creating our products and want you to love your purchase. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products.

 

However, we understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging. If the clothing you ordered does not fit, you may be eligible to submit a customization request within 7 days of receiving your order.​

 

To be eligible for a customization request, all of the following conditions must be met:

- The request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

- The product must be in perfect condition and free from any damage, stains, or odors.

- The original tags must still be attached to the product.

 

Customization Service Fee of 400 THB will be charged per area that requires alteration. This fee covers the cost of labor and materials to adjust the fit of your garment.

Examples of chargeable areas include:

- Waist and Hip Adjustment: 400 THB

- Sleeve Lengthening/Shortening: 400 THB

- Hemline Lengthening/Shortening: 400 THB

- Shoulder Seam Adjustment: 400 THB

If multiple areas on a single garment require customization, the fee will be calculated based on the number of areas being altered.

 

For example, a request to adjust both the waist and the hem would incur a fee of 800 THB (400 THB x 2).

 

How to File a Customization Request, If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

- Fill out our online Customization Request Form that is provided in the order confirmation email or the Request Form below.

- Provide your order number and a clear description of the size issue.

- You may be asked to provide specific measurements.

 

We will review your request, provide a final quote for the customization fee, and contact you with instructions on how to proceed.

 

Please note: Any costs associated with shipping the product back to us for customization will be the customer’s responsibility. We will cover the cost of shipping the customized product back to you.
